Our Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, hold and disclose personal information, and what to do if you have any queries or concerns.

We only collect the information about you that is relevant and necessary for us to conduct our business and this information varies depending on the services that you use and request. Fees. When requesting access to information, please note that a reasonable fee may be charged by us for the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving and copying the information as requested.

Correcting information. Additionally, if you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to correct this information. If we do not agree that there are any grounds for amendments, then we will follow the procedures set out in the Australian Privacy Principles.
